I ordered a dress nearly one month ago that I needed for a company event on 12/13/25, and it still hasn't been shipped. They sent me a tracking number, but USPS is saying that they've not received the package in order for them to ship it to me. The label is ready, but no package. I've tried contacting Valanio, but they aren't responding.

This should be a negative 10! This company is a scam. Do NOT buy from them. Purchased a sweater for $75. It was big enough for a six year old and I ordered a 2x. Had a stain as well. First email... we will give you $10 and you keep the item... um no! Second email... we will give you $18 and you keep the item.... hell no... third email.. send it back to Dubai at your expense and we will refund $60 when we get the item. You will never talk to a person, you will never get a full refund, they are NOT in the US. They are in China and want you to rerun the item to Dubai. I've spent countless days and emails dealing with this scam of a company. And every person that tries to return something gets the exact same run around. Look up Valanio scam on fb. Tons of the same stories

The website claimed the products were made in South Carolina and could be returned within 30 days, both key reasons I made my purchase. After ordering a dress and jacket on November 14, the items that arrived were labeled “Made in China” and were of very poor quality (thin material, visible defects, and an unhemmed jacket).

I emailed to initiate a return the day after receiving the items. The “customer service team” offered only a 24% refund, then 38% and only then disclosed that returns must be shipped to Dubai, not the U.S. Return shipping would cost $85–$100, making the 30-day return policy effectively unusable.

The merchant misrepresented the product’s origin and concealed an impractical return process.

Worst experience ever with an online purchase. The dress was designed for a 100 pound girl at the top and a 300 pound girl at the bottom. I tried to contact for a refund and they offered me $8 for a $59 dress that was going in the trash. I was told if I return it to them and I had to pay the shipping, I’d get $28 back. Worst experience ever online A joke!

Total fraud. They advertise that all clothing is manufactured in South Carolina. The tags show it is from China. The content description on the web site (cotton, acrylic, etc) is totally false. The clothing does not contain a label stating what the content actually is. It is so itchy and scratchy as to be unreliable. After a week of correspondence they only want to give 25% refund.

Love the sweater, jacket is not what it appears like in pictures. Little disappointed there. Processing took weeks; however shipping time was short. Contacted the company by email at one point checking on the order and they responded quickly.
