Naveen was on top of everything and…
Naveen was on top of everything and made sure things happen on time.
But earlier to him nobody took responsibility. Different departments handling different things - no single POC, had to follow up with multiple people. They never got back with proper responses etc.and this was delayed a lot.
Naveen helped us get out of all this chaos and single handedly was our POC.
