Terrible customer service
Very bad, unresponsive company.
Waited too long for an answer to my complaint which never came, thinking they will reply like normal companies do , and now I can't return my falsely advertised item.
It concerned a plant with a specified height , the item I received was nowhere near the minimum length indicated in their title.
I sent all the necessary pictures along with the complaint
I was willing to send it back to receive a decent one, but since no reply came now legally I have to keep it... Smart way of doing business I guess.
Never buying anything on here ever again, hope the rest of you are smart enough and don't fall for it!
