Probably the most unhelpful company I've come across. Even their website is surprisingly devoid of contact numbers.
Our account is up to date yet the lease line (which costs £370.86 per month) is no better than Vodaphone's worst. Customer Service personal help is practically non existent. Btw why this note? Both uploads and downloads have been very very poor at lease the last 9 days. We are losing business. No one at Vaioni appears to be remotely (good ironic word) interested our ref WY4Y9ZS

Brilliant Customer services and a great supplier to work with

I really like dealing with Vaioni, their sales team are very helpful and they have much more flexible terms than other suppliers. They do all they can to help and their pricing is great

We have been with Vaioni for a few years now. We recently moved offices and put in the request to move our connection. This was in November 2024. It’s now nearly May 2025 and we have been left without an internet connection for two months as they made an error on the order. We are an internet based company and this is putting our continued solvency at risk. I have to chase them for updates as the service is so poor nobody at Vaioni seems to be able to answer a straight question. Total shambles of a company!

We signed up for a lease line with Vaioni. Within the last 4 years that line only went down twice on us. Vaioni technical support was on hand to assist and fix the issue quickly. Cannot recommend them enough! Gem of a company!
