Wonderful. Truly extraordinary

The Vagon is very neat. It was really simple, easy to understand. It gives you control over what you want to use the PC for. Work, graphics design, (it can also be used for games if configured well) upon other subjects. The simplicity made me feel very at ease, compared to other cloud services that overload me with useless information. All the less, Vagon is one of the best cloud computing services available.

Overall

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Vagon. The program runs smoothly, is fast, and lets me work comfortably on powerful cloud-based machines without having to invest in expensive hardware. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the connection has surprisingly low latency—it handles even the most demanding tasks with ease. I also really appreciate the fact that I can access my environment from anywhere and on any device. Sometimes there are minor things that could be improved (e.g., even better optimization for Windows or more configuration options), but overall, the quality of the service is top-notch. I recommend Vagon to anyone who needs a powerful cloud computer for work, rendering, programming, or studying—it really makes life easier. Thank you to the team for a job well done!

It is really good to setup and even in the basic pc you can load anything but you should change the monetizing system with a just one payment and you can use it, have two different systems that you have to pay is too much even for this tool

Very easy to get started

Very easy to get started. Instead of buying expensive pc with graphics card I can rent one and pay for usage only. So far its working for me without any issues.

I've been using Vagon lately and it’s a solid experience overall. The connection is super fast, and I was really impressed with the low latency—it feels very responsive and smooth, which isn't always the case with cloud PCs.
The only real downside is that it takes a little bit long to setup at first. You definitely need some patience during the initial configuration. But once you’re actually in, the performance is great. Definitely worth it if you need a high-speed machine on the go!

I have used Vagon to work with D5 render

I have used Vagon to work with D5 render. Experience overall has been positive, only the startup and shutdown time is relatively long - can be 5-10 minutes each time.

If they can fix that into 1-2 minutes it would be a 5 star for me.

Good but billing practice needs to change

I like that I can choose my specs, and load pretty much any application just like a normal PC. Once connected, the connection speed is quite stable and good.

I am not giving 5 stars because it not only takes quite a while to actually connect, but they also charge you for the duration in which you are trying to connect. The clock starts ticking when your instance is spun up, not when you actually connect to it. The last few days it's been taking me 10-15m every time just connecting to the spun instance (it keeps timing out, asking me to retry or refresh the page). So the actual price you are paying is about 25% higher than the advertised rate for productive time used.

At this point I am considering trying out competitors for that reason alone. I'd much prefer they had a flat monthly rate with no limits, or at the very least they started charging at the point of actual connection.

Good service and easy to get started!

Really easy to get started and has proved reliable so far. I’m currently using for basic workloads only and it has been working like a charm as a desktop available from anywhere, even browser experience is finally so I cannot complain at all!

Solid cloud workstation!

Vagon.io delivers exactly what it promises: a powerful computer in your browser. The UI is clean, the performance tiers are well-balanced, and the customer support team is responsive. It's a great tool for anyone limited by their physical hardware who needs to run resource-heavy software on the go.

Worst service ever.
Create an account, paid, couldn’t login.
After 24 hours I contacted the help trough my mail, they replied that they were having problems with servers.
48hours later they said everything was fine, but I couldn’t even login, asked to end my subscription, they replied that I needed to do that trough my account, but I still can’t login.
I had to call my bank, block my card, as they stopped replying, it’s basically a scam.

I requested a refund because I can't even use the service due to multiple errors, I got charged despite can't proceed with anything.

I requested a refund because I accidentally top up twice as the website is confusing. When you subscribe, they asked for top up despite I still having 10USD in the account. So no matter how much you left, they will still ask for top up of minimum 10USD + 8usd subscription. Now I try to contact them for refund but.....no response.

I tried to contact the customer service for refund but got no response despite multiple attempts to contact them and follow up.
Sent number of mails but still no response.
Create ticket and no response.

Wish I could give less than one star

Wish I could give less than one star. Terrible experience, and lazy or borderline non-existant customer service that was a day getting back to me. If you have standards then avoid this organisation.

Their customer support has been horrible

This seems to be a legit company and perhaps they're lame because they're an under funded start up. Unfortunately they don't really seem to know how to run a business. Their 2 main issues:
1) their customer support SUCKS!
2) Their VMs are not available a lot of the time

It's really too bad, I hope you get your act together.
