I'm not satisfied with this Vaessen Creative for multiple reasons.

1) You need at least 10€ to order otherwise you can't get shipping. I would have payed 10€ for the item, I would have loved to add a 0,02€ fee not to have to look for something extra.

2) Email communication takes a long time (3 days) and when I called them the lady answering the phone was rude and said she couldn't do anything about my issues (the 10€ minimum).

3) The amount of email communication I've had with them is now at about 17 emails. I got called to solve this problem without them leaving a voicemail

4) I e-mailed to send an item back, they said I would have to pay for shipping (which costs more then the item itself) all of this was said in a rude fashion.

5) I got an e-mail from the brand regarding my retour but.
- The name it was adress to was wrong (my name isn't Karin)
- The product was wrong (i didn't order a gelpad)
- The location it went to is wrong (i did not give it to a school, i sold it)

6) They compensated me for my experience to then ask me if I could change my review because they had done so.

7) When my compensation arrived damaged and not working they re-send the item.

Conclusion; I won't be buying here anymore. You are free to do so. I hope this situation is now officially over.

Fast shipping, packed safely, products in good condition and got them for a good price. I've ordered twice and I will continue to do so if I need crafting supplies.

The products were a good price and arrived in perfect condition. I would buy again with Vaessen Creative.
The only downside was: the delivery time. It took a while before it arrived.

Really pleased with my Nellie’s Boy die cutting and embossing machine. It was the only A5 electric one I could find. My order took some time to arrive and I had almost finished making my Christmas cards by this time. I sent a message to the company asking if their machines only had European plugs, but by the time I received a reply I had already ordered the machine. I then had to buy a European to Uk adapter.

I received an almighty shock when picking my machine up from the shop it had been delivered to. I had to pay almost £43 in import duty and other expenses. I had already paid Vaessen for delivery. I have bought items from America, China and other countries before, but have never had to pay such an excess before. This unfortunately took the shine off my purchase.

First of all my order came really fast to Hungary. Then one of the piece wasn’t working well. I called customer service and they were really helpful and I got the replacement quickly. They are really nice on customer service. Thank you for the lot of help. I will order in the future as well.

Takes too long for an order to arrive. If you run out and need to finish a project quickly this company is no good. It took over 10 days to arrive which is no good, not in a day and age where most things are next day delivery !

Love the products and the great prices! Yes i had to wait a couple days but is was worth it.
