Vacuvita Reviews 

Some time ago I took a chance on Vacuvita and supported their Indigogo project. Unfortunately they missed their original deadline to ship the product, but they communicated that they were "working out the bugs" so to speak. Well I didn't really give it too much thought one way or the other. I read some horror stories online about crowd funding project gone awry and figured that was the risk that came with the territory.

Well low and behold Vacuvita came through and delivered on their promise. I received my kit a couple of weeks ago. Let me be the first to tell you that.

1. It works. I really does keep food fresher.
2. The design is impeccable. My wife even likes having the main container on the counter top.
3. The build is quality from top to bottom. The Vacuvita looks and feels like an Apple product.

Kudos to Vacuvita for keeping their word and delivering a product that they can be proud of.

Well worth the wait.

The final product works as advertised. Although it took much longer for the final product to be delivered (almost 3 years from time I funded via Indiegogo campaign) and the initial rough customer service, the company was able to improve and let the supporters better know the status of development and delivery the closer it got to completion.

The components of the system are very well made - -durable and very elegant. So far I've used the base unit to keep fresh pastries and chips, and it works as advertised. Will start using the container system and bags to see how they work.

No complaints. It all works great.

Just got the first of two and we are absolutely in love. We have used the containers to store dry and wet foods - as well as marinade and they work so great. Plus they simply look amazing.

Great Product. Just started using it. Save me a bunch of money from the good food that I buy from spoiling.

I really like this concept. I love that these come in different colors and that green was one! I wish the main counter unit was about 25% smaller or that they offered two different sizes...one for families and one for single folks. The attachment can be a bit tricky. I wish the see thru windows on the containers were bigger. Also wish they offered freezable containers instead of bags.

I was one of the early backers of this product. I was tired of good food going to waste in the fridge. At the same time I did not want to go for conventional vacuum sealing bags since that seemed too cumbersome and not suited for quick use of some food and saving the rest. So Vacuvita seemed perfect for my needs. I have to say I'm not very thrilled with all the delays in product development. However, I understand that's not uncommon for a startup without the resources of a large corporation. The final product is beautiful and works well. I have only used it for two weeks, but it's been very helpful to be able to save leftovers and not clutter the fridge at the same time.

I was an original backer of Vacuvita on Indiegogo. There were delays getting the final product, but it was definitely worth the wait. I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I have complete faith that it won't fail. Every single piece shows how well it has been engineered. The design is beautiful and looks great in the kitchen. The documentation and app are really helpful. The vacuum functionality works without a hitch and is quiet. I'm really happy with the product :)

So far we have enjoyed the Vacuvita and have several of our chips saved in the base unit as well as different ones in the external boxes. It is very easy to use and quiet while it vacuums down either the unit or the box. It seems to be all that they promised and more.

The Vacuvita is a sleekly designed product which is easy to use. The different sizes and flexibility for use allows us to mix and match as we are sometimes cramped for space in our NYC apt sized fridge. Excellent product!

This is a very well thought out, elegantly designed machine! I use it many times throughout the day. Obviously, It saves $ by keeping foods fresh longer, but it also keeps any food odors contained, stops freezer burn, plus the refrigerator is more organized! I'm extremely pleased with the Vacuvita and already couldn't imagine being without it!

Vacuvita is one of those rare products that delivers on both its function and quality expectations. It is at once beautiful and high quality. I look forward to its evolution, and to years of use.

We really enjoy the handy home base. It is easily opened and closed to reseal. It has become a staple in our kitchen holding our breads, crackers and nuts. I really enjoy the quick maranade and pickles when using the small containers.

These save your food from mildew or rot for 3 weeks to a month. We are very happy with the easy use self vacuum Technology and they look great with a clean Eco line on your counter tops or in the fridge for the meat and vegetables! We have already saves about 100$ a month of perishables . We will use this for ever now and tell all our friends about it, they already ask us about them when they see them in our kitchen! AAAAA+ fabrication , cleanliness , easy care and usage.

The product is very modern looking and cool new technology.
