Rubin was fantastic

Rubin was fantastic! I have been trying to get my issue resolved for about a month. I told him that I was very frustrated and I was going to try not to take it out on him. I was very calm and he stayed with me until the issue was resolved. He was very nice and professional. High five and praise! My other experiences weren’t that positive. He took the time and effort to understand my dilemma. He was empathetic and totally disarmed the situation. He was extremely polite I had a smile on my face when the call was finished.

Rubin was professional

Rubin was professional, spoke very clearly and pleasant. He assisted us in finding a place with good fees. He was patient while my husband and I talked it over to decide. I give him 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rubin was exceptional the best of the best

Rubin was exceptional I had been trying for 18 months to book a vacation. I went twice to two different office locations in Las Vegas to get help and each time the office was moving.. Rubin helped me get a trip planned and put the request into the gifting dept for me to get my gifts promised me when I signed up sept 24 2024. 3 separate gifts were promised,,
7 night condo stay; Air Hotel and more plus two extra round trip airline tickets .. Rubin was very thorough and a real blessing to work with: to finally get someone to help me and not disconnect me because that also happened several times in the last 18 months
I am so very happy to be with Vacation Offers now Rubin showed me how to go online to book future trips. Linda Chapman-Henry 760 912 991

PATIENT - FLEXIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

NO LONG WAIT TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE.
REPRESENTATIVE WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND. SHE WAS PATIENT AND PROVIDED INFORMATION ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL EXTENTION THAT WAS HELPFUL FOR ME. REALIZING THE PACKAGE WAS FROM A WHILE AGO SHE OFFERED TO SEND ME THE VACATION PACKAGE AGAIN SO I WOULD BETTER UNDERSTAND THE DETAILS. MANY THANKS FOR THAT!

Allen was very helpful to resolve my payment plan so I could finalize the balance still due with a final payment. Also he was very congenial and easy to talk with, and was sincere in helping to satisfy my concerns of the financial situation.
