Terrible customer service and bland…

Terrible customer service and bland tasting gross flavours. The cream tastes more like off cheese and the toffee tastes like absolutely nothing. The order took 9 days to be delivered as my order just sat as unfulfilled for a week because they were out of stock of butterscotch and I wasn't even informed. Until I sent a message a week later as didn't receive anything, they didn't even realise that the order was waiting to be fulfilled. Worst experience ever. Will gladly say I will not be ordering from here again. Absolutely no apologies either for the terrible service. The liquids are not good at all.

Second time ordering, second bad experience

Second time ordering. First time it took a week to deliver my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, a week ago, still not arrived. No number to call, emails bounce back as undeliverable. So they take your money but don't care if you get the product you paid for!
