For me, it was a bad choice as the application is full of advertisements and becomes intrusive when you want to access the camera; an ad pops up. Also, the cloud system intervened and made some changes that I no longer desire for these cameras that operate on this application.

Worst camera I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your time

Their problem is in their Setting and App in general. Hard to add User/Passcode. And once you add the info, their system asking you to Log On every time you want to use it!!!!!! It's pain in neck.

They need to get rid of what so called extra security and let people use the camera easier.

Absolute junk, won’t connect, app is full of pop up’s, hardware quality is poor at best

Hardware ok for cheap price paid. Unfortunately only works with V380 Pro Smart App. App full of false notifications that turn out to be adverts, timed full page splash screens advertising rewards, fix banners advertising features etc even when cloud services purchased. Basically a contemporary Facebook experience on a security app.

AI humanoid detection is a scam. Does not work and gives zero back for your money.

never buy these cameras. big installation problems.

It used to notify me (over a year ago) when someone walked by. Now, it does nothing. Also, I replaced the SD card 3x.Each time, after a few hours, it says 2%. Then, I choose reformat. In a few minutes it says it is done. I check. It still says 2%.
Maybe the business closed or the owner and staff all died? Ugh.

Suppose to be wireless, but you have to plug it in to work.
Won't connect to 5ghz router.

Don't bother buying it.

Cam is a rubbish, work with very bad optics ( low quality pic) constantly losing records sets. And worse for everything is spy software login to other apps and look for access to sensitive data like emails, bank apps , cameras and mic on you device . Avoid , don’t buy .

Absolute trash.. this is probably.. no this is the wrose camera I've ever seen .. tho it's relatively easy to setup .. the rotation is trash.. the picture is trash... the camera doesn't have a full picture. So if your camera is pointed at a doorway. Your only getting half the door. And when someone or something goes passed the camera it freezes and takes 10 15 seconds to unfreeze. And in order to use it you have to give up a light socket . Or have an electrician come in and wire up the junk socket that came with the camera . Don't buy this camera .. !!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this camera. As soon as I got it I knew there was trouble because it was advertised as being solar powered but it did not come with a solar panel and then upon reading further it was described as having to be plugged into an outlet. So the descriptive nadescriptive name and actual description were in opposition to each other. It is not solar powered to. I plugged it in and it would not operate properly and upon downloading the app was asked to provide credit card information for a membership. I knew it was a bad idea so I just deleted the app and threw away the camera. Don't waste your time or money. There are lots of really good reputable cameras out there in the 5060 $70 range Spend your money wisely and get a quality camera

V380 Pro is a TERRIBLE waste of money! Both the software and hardware are poorly designed. These products are useless and should be avoided! VERY unreliable and almost never works properly. All of mine can not be pointed, IR-LEDs stopped working. Software program crashes frequently and needs rebooting. TOTAL GARBAGE! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP.

Worst camera, won’t connect , complete waste of money

Totally dissatisfied!!! I bought 3 (Huge mistake!). Each of the cameras disconnects itself if I'm at least 5 meters away and specially if there is a concrete wall.

Absolutly rubbish it took my an hour to set it up then had to move room and it won’t set up again waste of money. I’ve set up 2 other camera no issues like this. Awful

1. I have 2 cameras. The other one likes to look to wall without any reason. I havet to turn it to point to right direction every day. Why camera works like that is odd.
I have made to it ’ alarm zone ’ to use to.

2. There is no possibilities to have controll to cameras from two phones. If I want to use another phone, I have to write password etc. This is stupid. Software is also difficult to use.

The camera does not track right and even with tracking turned off it is pointed straight to the groung every morning when I look at it. It is useless to me and I bought 2 of them. They both are useless!
