It took almost a year for some PART of the package to arrive, although everything was in store based on the website. Then when the package finally arrived a year later it was still missing a stick, which I haven't received since.

The only reason I've got my 1000 EUR order at all is that I have a friend who knows the order and he messaged him directly week after week.

I've sent countless emails, tried to contact the owner directly through phone and facebook, got 0 replies myself.

DO NOT USE!!
Took payment but never received the item.
Sent emails via their website and got delivery failure.
Sent email direct and no response.
Even tried calling them (they are in France so wasn't happy at resorting to that) but number on the website didn't exist.

In the end raise dispute with AMEX who refunded me immediately. Only then did I get a response from Moresport asking me to wait longer. Nope.

Other members of my club have had bad experiences: one received fake Hydro sticks, the company charged him to return them, then ghosted without refund - adding insult to injury.

Have copied this Facebook response from Hydro:
"Sad post to make today, uwh family.
Please note that Hydro has no association with Moresport in France and does NOT supply gear to Moresport.
We stopped supplying Moresport with gear some time ago, however they are now making copies of our sticks and refuse to remove our branding from their website.
We have seen evidence of extremely poor quality and instant breakages in the pool with these copies... whether or not you are bothered by copyright issues, this gear is not fit for purpose.
This is a sad post to make as Moresport seem a legitimate tournament organiser with a positive impact on competitions in France, and it's very frustrating to have an organization behaving in this way in the community.
If you have ordered what you believed to be Hydro gear through Moresport recently we strongly recommend you contact your bank and initiate a chargeback to reclaim your money and we hope this does not put you out of pocket.
We don't know how many people have been affected by this, our sincere apologies to those who have been."
