I have had the immense pleasure of working with Simon. He went above and beyond to understand my needs, my criteria for buying a new car and he even introduced new criteria that I had not thought of. In the end I bought a hybrid Kia, which jives very well with my work in climate change but I may not have made that decision by myself. Also, he helped me find a much cheaper car insurance than I had had before, he shouldered the burden of all the practical issues (which is worth a lot since I have a very busy life), and he was always available for more support, even after the transaction was finalized. I could not be more happy with his service.

Not knowing much about cars and having so much options, it is hard to know what to look for when you want to buy a second hand car.
From which models are more reliable, to which cars actually looks good under the hood.
