Bought the vacuum, really like it.Needed filters.Great product.

The order went through with out a problem.

I ordered the wrong thing and tried cancelling it within an hour and got no response. Surprisingly the item shipped out the next day. They need to have an option to cancel an order.

Portable Carpet cleaner spray nozzle didn’t work, so I contacted them, did some diagnosing with emails back and forth and they are doing the right thing and sending me a new machine.

The package never arrived and leaves as lost.

I am a caretaker. Home life can be chaotic and difficult to manage, as many with small children or higher care needs older children and adults will know. The caretaker and the cleaner can be overtaxed, and efficient, well planned tools are a blessing.
It is not an overestimation to say the UWant D100 was life altering for this household. The floors are under constant assault: spills and other food mess, people moving through, and the general curiosity and bored mischief of the people and animals who live here or visit.
I find it's best used to get at messes quickly. I fill the tank at the first mess of the morning. Use it and just fill and empty tanks during day, and give it a real clean at night when I put the kitchen to bed, just after an over-all quick mop. I just use water, right now, as my daughter loves to be on the floor. The household plant menagerie also love the extra humidity- the UWant D100 does a beautiful job of leaving only a hint of moisture. It's a little magical.
It's a slap dash mop and bucket! Your little household buddy superhero, mastering the mess, with love and competence.
I really love and appreciate the conscientious way this unit was designed to be a good and useful tool. If I had a coffee shop, an art studio, etc. I would have the UWant there, at the ready to make some ease in the grit of life. Families, caretakers, pet owners- Yes! Humans who make messes or love to entertain- Yes!
Cleaning is a breeze! It's easy to take apart and all of the parts are smooth for wiping and drying. Just dump, spray, wipe dry, and put away. The roller portion of the unit is easy to take off, as well, but the self cleaning does a pretty good job with that. (I was shocked!) Occasionally, there may be debris trapped so I double check when the mood strikes, or there are extra moments available.
If I could I would gift one to every new family! "Here, you're going to need this."
Battery power: Good. Really good. It goes over the entire, thoroughly messy, kitchen and dining rooms on a charge with enough left to self clean the unit. When I replace these floors, I'll get two to team up for a quick complete house clean.
The only thing that could make this product more useful is steam. It's a lot, I know, but what a powerhouse that would be!

It works very well for my sofa and carpet, and it works for my kitchen with different brush with steam mode， it really clean greased hearth. I really loved it！

I try multiple times to connect with you people and no response, bad customer service and return policy bad.

I'm not sure if I got a defective one. Brush not really wetting the floor so I had to spray cleaning floor liquids to help the brush get rid of the dirt. Then the battery does not last long, approximately 20 minutes and it needs to be charged again and to get it fully charged takes 6 hours.

I am satisfied with the professional support I have received using one of uwant's cleaning devices.
