Love what the company stands for and the brand experience. The products are awesome. The buying experience is easy and efficient. Wish you had a restock of the pink shorts though, did not know the brand when they came out. Delivery to Mexico was super quick.

UVU logo peeled off after wearing first time
I bought a pair of half tights 2.0, but unfortunately, the UVU logo peeled off right after my first try, even before I wash them. I am very disappointed as I have only worn them once.

Low customer service for a high premium brand
Usually I am not the type of user complaining on products. Damage product could happen, but what makes the difference among brands is how you treat customers.
I wrote to support claiming that a product I purchase had an issue not linked to usage. I provided all the information to them (photos showing product wore no more than 10 times). They were collaborative at first, but then the process was to highlight mistake in washing from my side (not happened), then on time from purchase (that was well-know from first message). Finally I was ghosted by them. The only solution provided was a 20% code (not asked), asking me to spend more after a disappointing experience.

The item reported as faulty was purchased over a year prior to the claim being raised. Due to the amount of time that had passed since purchase, we were unable to classify the issue as a manufacturing fault. We would expect any manufacturing defects to be reported within 6 months of purchase.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered 20% of the item's value in the form of store credit. As this resolution was declined, we were unfortunately unable to assist further.
