First purchase from UVU was the Grey…
First purchase from UVU was the Grey Zip Hoodie. The interior pilled quite a bit on the first wear and left lint all over my undershirt. I believe the interior could be improved to prevent this from happening in future releases, whether that’s through a different fabric blend, a tighter knit, or a pre-wash/finishing process to reduce shedding before the garment reaches customers.
I’m also not entirely sure whether UVU’s design philosophy leans more toward fashion and aesthetics or long-term practicality and function. If the goal is to balance both, I’d love to see future releases place a bit more emphasis on durability and everyday wear while maintaining the clean design that drew me to the brand in the first place.

customer service completely let me down
Ordered from UVU several times without any issues until now. Unfortunately, my latest order arrived with a missing item. Despite contacting customer service, the only response I received was that their CCTV showed the item had been packed before shipping. No replacement, refund, or store credit was offered, leaving me without the product I paid for. Very disappointing customer service.

It was confirmed that there were no signs of damage or tampering to the package upon delivery, and our CCTV showed that all items were packed with your order. The parcel was therefore confirmed to have been delivered in the same condition in which it left our warehouse, so unfortunately the case was closed.

UVU Quality and Shipping
UVU products have been nothing but quality products. Outside of its ethos every product I have purchased has been great as I still wear the V1 tights in which I purchased in 2023 and they have still managed to maintain its print and wear for all of my runs. Shipping has been a great experience as well as it is the fastest I’ve seen with other brands out there. Though I have to pay the tariffs delivering to the US this is one brand I wouldn’t mind shouldering that cost for if it means receiving quality products.

Great brand, disappointing products...
I recently purchased the UVU black cotton training tank, with a black washed-effect logo. The logo washed out after one machine wash (as suggested on the label), to which I was offered 30% off - disappointing. I own a technical T as well as half tights by the brand which perform well, but for the money, the durability of the tights really is poor, not to mention their inability to create decent pockets for the shorts (both in number and size). What the brand stands for is great, but the product is what ultimately leads the customer experience and in my opinion there are much better quality brands on the market for both running and training.

The sizes were not as described. They were huge for me. Also, the import taxes was 50% my total amount paid for the total amount I paid. Maybe look into other delivery provider

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. After one use, the fabric began to frayed, mostly in the back and some in the front. Contacted them about the issue and blamed me for it LOL. Will never again buy from this. High price tag, poor quality, poor customer service
