Dishonest Support & Fake Cancellation Policy - Avoid!

The store's reply is a desperate attempt to cover up their failure with lies.
LYING ABOUT VALUES: I NEVER asked for a $50 skin. The item I mentioned is worth around $16. You are inflating the numbers to make me look like a villain and hide the fact that your support lied to me for 3 hours.
LYING ABOUT "GOODWILL": It wasn't goodwill; it was your duty. Your policy says 30 minutes, I waited 3 HOURS. You only refunded me because you were caught in a lie.
ATTACKING THE CUSTOMER: Instead of apologizing for wasting 3 hours of my time and for the support's dishonesty, you chose to publicly attack and label a customer as an "extortionist". This shows exactly how much you "respect" those who buy from you.
The issue was never the 20 cents; it was the LIES and the DISRESPECT. I have 17 screenshots of the entire conversation proving your misconduct.

1. We acknowledged the delay in processing your cancellation and took responsibility for it. Cancellations are extremely difficult once the seller was trying to deliver the item on Steam, as additional manual work is required.
In fact, such orders are typically not eligible for cancellation at all—but we still processed your refund as a gesture of goodwill.

To resolve your dissatisfaction with the delay, we even attributed the issue to a system glitch so we could offer compensation, purely to make things right for you.

2. We immediately proposed two fair compensation options:

1) Cover the cost of the skin you originally ordered, free of charge;
2) Issue the full order value as account balance.

This was offered even though you had already received a full refund for your cancelled order.


What followed was unexpected and unreasonable:

Your order was for a $0.20 USD skin, yet you demanded a $50 skin as compensation—a request 250 times the value of your purchase.

We regularly offer small gestures of goodwill to improve our customers’ experience, but your demand goes far beyond any reasonable or fair expectation.

3. We fully support customers sharing honest, genuine feedback—even critical reviews. However, using your feedback as leverage to extort excessive rewards, threatening negative comments unless given massively inflated compensation, is unacceptable. This kind of behavior is dishonest and goes against the spirit of fair and genuine customer feedback.

We have email records that clearly show you explicitly demanding a specific $50 skin in exchange for favorable feedback, in contrast to your $0.20 order.

We wish you well, but we cannot and will not meet unreasonable, exploitative demands.

The skin you explicitly requested was the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Legion of Anubis (Minimal Wear). We have screenshots of your exact message. Feel free to verify its market price on any major trading platform.

2. Regarding false accusations:

We have not lied at any point concerning your cancellation. Your order was successfully cancelled and fully refunded.

3. Regarding respect:

We are always happy to offer goodwill gestures to our honest customers, and we have already provided you with a full refund of your order value without hesitation; plus we gifted you your full order amount again on top of your refund, which is out of goodwill. What you refer to as “attacks” are simply statements of fact, we have all the proof to show that we are not exaggerating anything.

Instead of stopping the threating, you choose to publicly level up your dishonesty, we have all the best hope and respect for our users but you are not among them, we will not accept your dishonest claims.

Easy Access to Chinese CS2 Market

At first, using the site is a little bit bumpy since you need to do some KYC verification along the way (not once but twice at certain circumstances) but overall after the verification process, it is one of the best proxy markets for Chinese CS2 items. Currently deposited more than 800 dollars already and planning to add more since I'm actively trading.
