uTop Payment Confirmation Timeline Should Be Communicated Upfront
While reading through Reddit, I learned about uTop’s ‘trustability factor.’
Before seeing that comment, I (as a customer) had no idea that my payment was being processed through uTop. Even though you sent me the receipt by email, I wasn’t sure whether the payment had actually been accepted. Adding a note about the expected confirmation time from uTop would really help build customer confidence.

Hello, I’m having an issue with my Premium account (username: Feraboil104). My account dashboard shows that I still have over 30 GB of premium traffic remaining, but downloads stop working after I use about 10 GB within 24 hours. This doesn’t seem normal, because when I purchased my Premium plan, it was stated that I had 51 GB of premium traffic, and there was no clear mention of such a low daily limit. Could you please explain why downloads are being blocked even though I still have available traffic, and confirm what the actual daily limit is for my Premium account?
