Problem sending document on MyUtmost
I wanted to fill in and return the Other Pension Benefits form online, but there is no facility to do this, so I had to download, print it, sign it and scan it. Then I couldn't send it via Messages on the MyUtmost site because it was too big. I had to re-scan, omitting the page that did not require any input in order to make it smaller. 5Mb limit is far too small. This document could have been sent using DocuSign, and dealt with much quicker. Utmost needs to get more up to date and tech savvy.

Terrible performance and long transfer out time.
I payed more in fees over 5 years than a made on my pension. I have been trying to transfer out since June this year, still not complete, poor communication, repeatedly ask for the same information it feels like they are dragging their heels on purpose. All this time my pension continues to lose money. I am now considering legal action......my advice is stay well clear of this company.
It appears my review may have sparked Utmost into life as the transfer has just been completed...HOWEVER the charges where astronomical. Avoid this company at all cost.
The transfer still has not happened its now the November 7th

Our experience of investing with Utmost
Hello. We contacted Abbey Wealth, a company in Spain, who have invested our funds with Utmost, to arrange for a further top up 01/08/2023. After an unacceptably long wait, we were advised by Utmost 04/10/2023 to transfer funds, (£17000), as before, to an account with Royal Bank of Scotland, then nothing, not a word. Utmost have lost our money. I will take legal advice what to do next. Closing our account with Abbey Wealth and Utmost is an obvious option. We can also see where we might make other potential investors in Utmost aware of our experience.

I have been trying to move my Equitable pension into a flexible drawdown account. This company has been terrible to deal with. My account has not been set up and the form I need to complete has still not been sent to me after more than 2 weeks. All the time my pension is losing money. I have now had to raise a formal complaint to try and resolve the issue

Terrible performance and customer service
It was very difficult to talk to anyone. No information on pension fund investments, where it was invested, why it kept losing money (it lost 14,000GBP in 6 months), no advice - I could go on and on. The fund lost 3,000GBP in 2 weeks when I was in the process of transferring it out. I'm so glad I now have my money out of this company.

Asking for reviews after a small interaction is silly. Sending reminders is ridiculous. Bad product management leads to bad reviews, I hope. At least in this case it is true.
