They do their Utmost to cock it up
I absolutely appaling company they have been dragging their heals for over a year when supposedly closing my belated father in laws account. They repeatedly ask for the same information even information that was shared by our solicitor after my father in law passed away. All this is doing is racking up fees they take from the account and gets my wife and her family upsetduessse nature of the account to be closed. The latest sham is asking for bank details yet we have copies of bank statements stamped received by utmost. If we could give zero we would

I'm coming up to age 75
I'm coming up to age 75, so lots of admin re. pensions. Utmost gave me clear notice, in English that I could understand, about what I needed to do, and when I rang them to check on details they understood what I wanted and answered my questions accurately. Can't really ask for more.

This is not the easiest of websites to use. Sometimes you will get in other times you have to give up and call them. I have turned off the VPN which I was advised to do but still had Issues.
