OVO representative very knowledgeable…

OVO representative very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging for a cheaper tarrif and although very fast in explaining the SIM card she slowed right down to explain fully and listened when I explained I have a contract and do not require a SIM card. I am satisfied that I am now on a lower tariff for the next year

call with Isla was friendly and experienced…

I had a positive call with Isla who explained all the fixed tariff payments to me. Isla was friendly but professional throughout the call.
I was at ease speaking with Isla which helps (me) as the person to relax with the call handler understanding all aspects of electricity change over. Great call and I hope others have as great a call that I experienced 10/10

Changing your energy provider

This company can save you hours of searching through the comparison sites to find the best deal on your gas and electricity. They literally do everything for you in a five minute phone call with no charge at all. What's not to like? I've used them for a few years now and you don't even have to remember when to change as they'll ring you. Thank you Utility Discount.
