Do not trust this company!!

Do not trust this man with your confidentials, divorce or your money.

Working with David at Common Ground Mediation was a nightmare. After I completed a large website project, he stonewalled me, refused to pay, and only after I threatened legal action—and said I’d inform the clients whose confidential Zoom recordings he had shared with me—did he pay what he owed. When I persisted chasing payment he told me “you’re like a dog chasing scraps.”

During my experience working with him, he sent me client Zoom calls that included very sensitive personal and financial details. I believe this is a major breach of client trust.

During our time working together, I warned him that online negative reviews could ruin his reputation. He told me directly that he pays a third-party company to remove bad reviews. So, if you don’t see more negative reviews here, you may want to ask yourself why.

To add insult to injury, I’ve recently worked with another mediation client, only to realize that David has completely plagiarized my original concepts—down to the tagline.

In my opinion, this is not someone you want handling your mediation, your money, or your trust. Proceed at your own risk.
