Absolutely dreadful. No truth in advert or brochure. Cheap quality, Chinese , although we checked they said they were a British company, but are not. It is all fake and then they won’t offer refund. All contract terms and conditions breached. Scam company advertising Bristol based, luxurious, quality etc etc .
