Filter-Ag Plus Sediment Media (5-6…
Filter-Ag Plus Sediment Media (5-6 microns per the literature)exceed my expectations. This media filters much better than Filter-Ag (40 microns per the literature). I have a carbon filter connected just past my sediment filter. It carbon now lasts much longer... I might not even need it now.
US water shipped my order and I received it in just a few days.

I have to give four stars and not five…
I have to give four stars and not five because the initial order was messed up on US Water Systems end but with no trouble at all other than a very pleasant phone call we worked it all out and everyone was happy. I got my filters and the uv light (which was not shipped initially but charged) and US Water still has a loyal customer.

Difficult finding what I needed
Even though I had purchased the water purifier system from US Water I was not able to identify the correct replacement cartridges on your website. The chat was useful but was a long wait.

Great kit for media replacement!
Overall I would say that our experience was very good. Our order arrived in good time, however, one of the three bags of media was torn and over a cup of media had spilled out. We just tipped it into the cylinder. The kit would have had to be replaced if another bag was torn. We watched the Pelican YouTube which was very helpful, and gave some useful information that was not included in the box instructions. Eg 48hr soaking. On the other hand, the written instructions explained the order of adding the 3 different medias, and the video only showed 1 media being used. I would definitely recommend buying this kit from US Water Systems Inc..

Excellent product/CS
I asked numerous questions and all answers given were very informative. I learned a lot and am very impressed with the level of true dedication to customer service this company provides- they weren’t just trying to sell.
Also, the fact components are made in the USA and meet high certification standards was a reason for the purchase. A suggestion to emphasize this certification and details more prominently on the website for people who seek this information out for comparison to other RO products.
