Bought one of their controllers. Can’t believe how I was talked to by “Kevin”. He was condescending and totally rude! He wasn’t friendly the first time I spoke with him and handed the phone to my easy going mechanic. After my mechanic got trough the call, he even mentioned what an ass this guy was. Horrible customer service. Find something else!
Products seem okay, wiring diagram is good. The customer service is not good. When you call with questions and dealing with Kevin good luck. You are on an island left to figure things out, you are on your own. He basically when out of his way not to help. I am sorry for asking questions or trying to get help on their software program but it is not user-friendly. All I know is if I acted the way Kevin did at my place of work I would have been fired. I don't know what the company culture is like at US Shift, but it makes a person wonder.
