very professional with excellent customer service.

Totally horrible. Was told that I MUST purchase their illegally-sold crap insurance...even tho by law they had to have coverage themselves for the same things and there were no licensed insurance agents on staff.

Also, was told I MUST use a "round lock" that they of course sell for a highly inflated rate. Upsell by fiat is great business if you can get it, but in this case I won't be dealing with your shady company.

Tony was excellent. Best customer service. he should train all businesses in customer service. Very thorough.

I reserved my storage unit and proceeded to start my storage monthly however no one was there. It basically told me to come back at 445pm and the place closed at 5pm. I had no choice but to not have a storage that day. If I had another chance to pick a storage. This wouldn't be it.

Excellent site! The map feature with numbered references to nearby storage options listed on the side of the map is outstanding. I located and booked my storage location within minutes!

The online reservation process was quick and simple. The facility itself is spotless. I have no worries about vermin invading my stuff. The staff is professional and cheerful.

The property manager was so accommodating. The place is emnaculate.

Very nice and helpful staff. Every thing went smoothly however he neglected to tell me what I was charged. So when I went to charge on my card I was over drawn. And I still don't know what I'm charged

Never mind the very low rate offered online, the service extended to me by Mark, from explaining the contract to showing how the lock works, to taking me to the actual unit, was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this facility anytime!

Representative said it was ok for me to use my military i.d so I scheduled my job appt around the timing....then said she couldn't once arrived with a trailer loaded...and had to be at a jobsite with an empty trailer 30 min later....after 60 min. Finally figuring out how to get an i.d present I lost a 15k donation for failing to be on time....and the lady was grouchy and unsympathetic...i felt a little discriminated...

Jordan, who I believe is the Sales Representative for Florence, KY was extremely helpful and informative. Cassidy who works at their Florence location called to remind me of my appointment today. Overall, the company exhibited professionalism and an urgency to tend to their customers.

Friendly, very informative, polite, people person, helpful, delightful experience. Great customer service goes a long way !
