Looks like a nice mailbox
It was easy to find the product I wanted and place the order. I had some questions about address numbers for the new mailbox so I consulted the ChatBot in the lower-right corner. There was a banner above it that said something like "Immediate Response!" I was on the site for about 15 min with no response. But within under an hour, I'd received a voice mail from them to tell me they would send me the address numbers I needed, free of charge. That was great, problem solved, happy customer.

I needed new adhesive labels for my United States Postal Service multi unit mailbox. I was able to have a live chat with an agent that was able to guide me to the right product and assisted me with making a change to my order after I placed it.
