Amazing app and easy to use. Very efficient and great service to have at home.
Only negatives are it’s a little expensive and it can be inconsistent depending on the quality of the person who comes and the quality of their equipment. It would be better if equipment was standardised and controlled by the app. However once you find the right girl it is a great idea.

I found the USPAAH app from reading an article online and I booked my massage treatment the same day.
I realised at the time of the appointment I made a mistake on the app and booked a totally different date. I was ready in my robe made space for the bed and all my towels were arranged (you need to provide towels due to COVID.
I called the customer service team at 6pm they answered and they managed to rebook me for 7:45pm.
My Sparista Foulla was lovely, I was fine having her in my home.
I booked a 2 hour massage and it was possibly the best massage I have ever received.
I highly recommend Foulla and this service the app is fantastic it even tracks where the Sparista is up to an hour before the appointment.
I will be using this frequently.

Had a few Great massages with Gina - reliable , so convenient to have this treatment at home in the evenings , always professional and well trained staff.

I have massages often as I suffer from back panic occasionally and have used many different providers, I don’t have a regular schedule so being able to book when I need it is very important. I would recommend uspaah as I have always had the best therapists, they are better vetted and Higher standards, so you never get a bad experience.

I booked a manicure/pedicure for my 85 year old Mum as a treat. I have done this many times before but I have never known her to be so complimentary about the service she received. The therapist Teodora was warm, friendly, professional, kind, patient & efficient. In addition my Mum said it was the best mani/pedi she has ever received. Many thanks to Teodora & Uspaah.

Massage at the end of a busy day, organised by my boyfriend. What’s not to like? Therapist arrived in good time and gave good massage. Professional service. Had best night sleep 🙂

Really great service and so easy - honestly, ideal for a Friday after work appointment. Sabrina was also such a lovely Sparista; very relaxing and friendly! If you're looking for an at-home service, USPAAH is seriously recommended.

I have booked this service twice and the first time was wonderful. The therapists are great at what they do.

Unfortunately the second time there was an issue which meant I had to deal with their customer service team. That is when I am appalled at the ethics and of the company who blatantly lie and manipulate.

To go into detail. I booked a couples massage and mentioned in my booking that I am pregnant (making a typo I said 19 weeks instead of 10). When the therapists arrived neither had any knowledge that I am pregnant and they said they can’t massage me until I reach 12 weeks. We both looked at the website and there was no indication that pregnancy disqualified you from a couples massage. The therapist advised that I would probably lose my money on this but I could try calling customer service and I was disappointed but accepted it.

On a phone call with customer service the rep clearly told me that as their website does not mention pregnancy in their t’s and c’s for couples massages they would issue a refund which would hit my account in the next few days.

When this refund did not materialise I followed up by email and received a response that denied this was said on the phone call. And that as it was my error I would not be refunded.

My huge anger is about this, the fact that it was promised in a call and they outright deny it afterwards. Even if they were to say ‘yes this was said in the call but it was a mistake’ would be better than to outright lie about it. The refund is less the issue than this lie. In my view it says a lot about the ethics and trustworthiness of a company.

I take responsibility for my error in the booking but cannot accept the denial of what was mentioned in the call.

To make matters worse, I thought I had a recording of the call but it appears not to have saved 😂

Uspaah has my full trust when it comes to any mobile beauty or spa treatment I desire.

The wonderful experience I had with Uspaah The therapist Debora and treatment experience was really unforgettable.. It was my first experience and I much appreciate it…Awesome treatment, and customer service I have tried different app but didn’t hv a good experience, and highly recommend and definitely will book my nails and waxing with Debora again and will try other treatments too.
Ps: her waxing is incredible pain free very surprised

This is a great service that is unfortunately being review bombed by a small group which is going so far as to openly threaten violence against the management.

My wife and I are multicultural and we would never support a racist business. We have had a number of manicures and massages from USPAAH over the years. The spaahrisras we've met and befriended through USPAAH have all been multicultural. We are really looking forward to ordering another booking after lockdown.

The best professional therapists in London. Super easy to book. Eileen is great for facials and massages and Tina is the best in waxing and nails.
