This is the greatest night vision monocular i could ever lay my eyes on. Its compact, light weight, the field of view and the eye posision that comes included with a mount for helmets fits so well its steady and aligns with the eyes so well, the sensor on this thing is so well made and very sensitive on low light cases, its crystal clear on any night, if any moon light is visible then it sees like its daytime, and without any other ambient light you can still make out things but i choose to use the build in IR, on the lowest setting it lights up the whole place, as i said its very minimal IR light but this thing absorbs so much light i dont even need the IR setting to be honest. The framerate fps 40 its the best part, cant even tell the diffrence because its so fast and smooth combined with the crystal clear imagine its too good, i tested this thing for 6-7 months and i can say its the best thing for an actual night vision monocular on the market at this price and above, i love this thing on the Us Nighthawk website and i would definitely get into the thermal vision devices they got. Costumer service was very good and kind that was mt favorite part about them. Very honest and open 24/7. Im very proud i got this and i recomand to anyone intrested in night vision, convinced some of my friends to also get one, in the future im definitely getting the thermal ones and testing them out. Just got the NVG30 night vision goggles and the quality seems pretty good! Vision in the dark is nice and clear, no blur at all. Plus, the design is comfortable, so I can use them for a while without any issues.

Love the hard shell case that came with the NV8000, makes it super handy for carrying around. It's a bit pricey, but considering the functions and quality, I feel it's worth it.

The NVG50 feels like it's good quality. I wasn't sure about the adjustments at first, but I got the hang of them pretty quickly, though the shipping was a bit on the slow side.

Wow, these NVG50 night vision goggles are something else! I used them camping and the clarity at night was impressive, no blur at all - it was a whole new experience for me.

I ordered a brown Helmet mount and it didn't fit with the goggle mount. I would have preferred to have the individual side lift goggle bridge even if I would have had to pay a little more (actually I thought that was what I was going to get). Otherwise, the goggles were as described, shipping was a little longer than expected but they seem to function fine.
