The chair I bought almost broke my foot. I had to see a doctor about it. I contacted the com[any over and over. They always said my complaint was being looked into. But, nothing ever happened.

Our favorite Daiwa massage chair broke down and we called Jaclean for service. Their service team of George, Charles, Jaime and Jasmine worked together to get my chair up and running like new. It took some time but we are very pleased with their friendly service.

I tried a Daiwa message chair at a trade show several years ago and told my wife about how great it felt. Then she saw one on Demo and called me to come down and try it out. We bought it that day. It is the perfect thing at the end of a stressful day. My back loosens up and allows me to go to sleep quickly, and I actually fall asleep in the chair before it even finishes the program.

We love our chair an use it everyday. High quality and great value.

I have been searching for about 2 to 3 yrs looking for the right and correct long lasting Massage chair while spending quite a bit of money every month on retail massage chains. I ran across US Jaclean at a convention for Attraction entertainment companies that supply products and services to companies like Disney, Universal Studios, etc.

I demo their chairs at the convention center and was super pleased with the quality of Daiwa's equipment and the well trained and educated staff showing me all the features.

The other important aspect of the company is their ability to finance the equipment over a period of time so it's not to expensive every month.

I stopped having to spend money a Massage Franchise.
