Dan Robert Suarez was an extremely professional and knowledgable technician. He was friendly and was able to explain the whole process to me. Everything worked out wonderfully and my Mac computer is now fully cleaned out and running like a top! Thank You.

I had several technicians through the entire process and each one was patient detailed and very helpful. My mcafee back up would not install and the clean up to correct computer issues took two days because my internet service on the farm shut down. Still they were able to continue and finally all was well. I do recommend them highly just be sure you have the coreect site.

Computer is now working as it should . Technician did an excellent job and got me back to working in a timely manner.

To Whoever. My experience with Dan Suarez was excellent. Yesterday was sent correcting problems on the computers and eliminating Spam info. One itm that I overlooked was Email passwords. I had had my computer hacked 4 times. My Bank suggested to have my computer cleaned so I did. I looked for help and found Any desk and called, I spoke to a gentleman named Dan he was very kind and took the time to explain what was needed to clean my compute. he explained he himself does not to the work that a gentleman named Ryan would take over and clean my computer, After the work was done Ryan call me and explain what he done, I received a call this AM from Mr Suarze to see how things were going with my computer, I can not believe how all three gentlemen were so kind and answered all my questions, I had a lot of questions

I had called Norton 360 to check I had a cloud back up. was prompted to call the number for US Global tec. I was hesitant to let them into my computer to clean up my files but did so and the computer seems to be working better.

Heide-whom is an employee for US GLOBAL TECH is an a-one tech supporter. she goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am hard of hearing and she had the patience to help me with this process. She spent a lot of time on this especially with me not hearing so well, A fantastic woman who really knows her stuff, and solved the problem.
