I move around alot in my sleep and this somehow stays in place. No annoying sliding or corners popping off halfway through the night. Makes the bed feel cleaner somehow too.

Very shady practice, they don’t respond to Emails and they don’t have a phone number 🤬I’ve made several attempts to contact them with no response for over a week. I’m wanting a refund because they charged for two covers and I only ordered one

Great product and amazing packaging! The topper expanded beautifully after unpacking and feels incredibly soft and comfortable. You can really tell the quality from the moment you open it. The vacuum-sealed packaging kept everything clean and compact, and setup was super easy. It added a noticeable layer of comfort to my bed and made sleeping much more enjoyable. Customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond, which made the whole experience even better. Very happy with this purchase!

Ordered a mattress topper on April 29, 2026 for $239.99. Attempted to return within the 30-day window. The merchant's return policy requires you to first email uwmcustomersales@gmail to obtain return authorization and a shipping address, and expressly states that any return sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. I contacted that email address and the website contact form multiple times. No response to any contact attempt.

Disputed the charge with American Express. The merchant responded to AMEX that no return had been received and therefore no refund could be issued — relying on a return process they themselves have blocked by not responding. AMEX initially rebilled the charge. Rebuttal is now in progress with full documentation.

The contact details the merchant has on file with the card network do not match a real business: the Australian address (4 Eighth Blvd, Springvale VIC) is a residential street, the phone number is a personal Australian mobile, and the only customer service email is a free Gmail account. The product ships from China, not from the Australian address.

This is not an isolated experience. Reading the existing reviews here, the same sequence has happened to dozens of other customers: refund denied because goods not returned, while the merchant either does not respond to return requests or quotes return shipping to Australia at amounts exceeding the product price.

Writing this so future buyers see the pattern before they purchase. Filings have been submitted to econsumer.gov and the Australian ACCC via ScamWatch.

I, too, saw the ads online describing this mattress topper as to the level of the "high end" hotels. Alas, it was no better than the one that I had on the bed from before...that was, at lease, 5 years old. Don't expect a quality product.

Absolute horrible customer service. Never recieved my order and was notified by the shipping company that it was lost. West Month answered my very first email telling me they would send me a replacement. When I just asked for a refund instead of waiting six more months for the product they have gone completely silent. Almost $200 lost because of this company.

Sleeping feels more relaxed now, hard to explain.

I ordered an as if mattress topper w return guarantee from this company which appears as a US Company. Product shipped from China, not as pictured, and vague return policy via Australia which costs more than product. The credit card dispute w Capital One did not back me up. I canceled card and threw out comforter.

Didn’t expect much but this actually made my bed feel way softer.

Came fast and packaging was clean, no weird smell or anything.

Came earlier then expected which was nice.

The quality is terrible, especially for the price. Lumps of poly in the squares would make this extremely uncomfortable for my guest room bed. I contacted the company twice about wanting to return it for refund and never heard back from them. This is not a luxury product.

Overall just makes sleeping more comfortable.

Ordered the premium quilted mattress topper in January of 2026 and I have still not received it. Got a response in February informing me that the package was lost in transit. Offered to send a replacement. I declined and would like a full refund. There has been no response to 4 emails I have sent to the company. How can a company keep sending me advertisements to buy this item when I haven't received the original one I purchased in January?
There is no phone number for this company to ask any questions on returns or refunds? Any suggestions?

Was a bit skeptical about all the hotel quality claims but it kinda lives up to it. The padding is thick and evenly distributed which makes a difference. I’ve noticed I wake up feeling a bit more rested. Not life changing but definitely worth it.
