If I could write 0 stars I would, I was sent here from the company I was working with and went through the verification process and the questions were crazy to even verify that I am who I say I am. I get through the verification and talk to a notary and she can't help because the state she resides in can't do it so she has to drop the call so I can redo the process. Guess what now I can't do the verify process again because that used up my attempts and there is nothing that can be done about it except wait 24 to 48 hrs but guess what my documents are due by midnight. The company sent new documents the next day and still can't access it. There should definitely be a better way to fix these things.
Fckg morons, they will steal your money, it's impossible to cancel your subscription. They've tried to charge me over 8 times after I cancelled.

Proof software is a nice idea - and that is the only good thing about it. The system does not recognize non-US documents, the support is clueless and they do not offer any kind of assistance in case of urgency. Would not recommend at all!
Very bad experience I had my document correct and the Notarized person edit it for me and it was incorrect I
called right away and they want me to pay again even that was not my fault I will never go with them again.

Proof is a nice concept. However, the panel is buggy and the customer support is non-existant. Decided to stop paying $200 a month, because I was unable to enter a new url for displays.
I've been a Proof customer since 2020, as the interface is easy to use, and has zapier integrations.
Recently all my proof just stopped displaying, it is an urgent matters as we are in a midst of running an event. The only way to contact is via email, which I had email them 3 times over the last 3 days, and no replies.
Good platform to use, just bad customer service. I won't trust a platform like this anymore. Time to switch.
They simply don't bother replying to potential customers. Filled out form on their site multiple times, emailed them, and even messaged them on Facebook and crickets.
Don't trust your sites conversion rate with someone who can't even get back to new business.
