I have been a customer for 2.5 years now. Overall, I have had a mostly good experience. Customer service, in the beginning, was a little slow. But, they have gotten much better in the last year responding to emails in a more timely manner. I still have occasional account issues with sending my newsletter, but they are professional and prompt when providing solutions.

I would definitely recommend it.

INBOX is a great platform, it's really user friendly, well organized and has some great "on-page" video tutorials when you click on the different tools provided. The new automation features really take this email marketing platform to the next level.

I recently wrote a negative report on this company but must now write a positive one. I changed from a cash payout to a gift card and this went through immediately. I can only assume there must have been a fault on the previous choice.

What Great software in doing email campaign! I was able to do a lot and ease.

I bought their plans and I could not even login after that. Weeks of support ticket help... still can't login. Tried 3 different browsers, phone, and 2 PCs. No hope.

The platform is beginner-friendly and very easy to use. It has a range of smart features, such as being able to send template-ready promotional and newsletter emails to clients. It uses 'drag and drop' design tool to complete a newsletter in minutes. Moreover, it can also verify and ensure the emails are successfully delivered to clients email. The dashboard gives a lot of insight such as click-through rates, effectiveness of my campaigns etc. which is a time saver.

I have been using UseINBOX for a while. It is a nice system with a great UX. Well design, easy to use, and do everything I need it for.
I really like the Landing Pages section, which is easy to customize and implement, as well the newsletter setup, and the automation section.
It is a great system that includes the most important things you need for your email marketing, including the full automation for the email sequences.
I am replacing Mailchimp with UseINBOX.

I have been using INBOX since November, 2021 and I have always been extremely happy with the flexibility along with all the features this email platform offers. Including the pre-made newsletter templates, the option to create contact information forms, and all the detailed information I receive to view my email success rates...

The difference with INBOX is that I feel I have more control over what I can do compared to the many other similar platforms out there that I have used in the past...

INBOX is a very helpful email managemt tool for me. The features I like most is its capability to (i) use and customize templates for sending my newsletters effectively and efficiently via the system, (ii) easily manage and segment my subscribers, and (iii) keep statistics and analyze the behaviour and actions of my subscribers when receiving my newsletters via the system.

I highly recommend UseInbox. It has a great set of features, a clean dashboard UI with all the metrics you need, and built-in apps like newsletters, forms, landing pages, and automations. It also has great integrations like Zapier, Shopify, Jotform, Typeform, WooCommerce and Slack. Plus, the customer support is top-notch and always willing to help. I've been using UseInbox for over a year and it has greatly improved my email marketing results.

Great product for creating and delivering a business or personal newsletter. It will increase your business

I am setting up Inbox to replace Mailchimp. I'm finding they have several beautiful newsletter templates to choose from (they could use more health related ones, however, the current ones are all fitness based). You can also use a layout instead or import your own html file.

The verification tool is handy too, to check for any defunct email address from my Mailchimp account.
