I bought a laptop from this online provider. The laptop came fast but it had a huge bump on the screen joint (obviously from falling down) and I have to be careful how to open in order for it not to break. There was no such thing in the description, I've sent the buyer an email but got no answer and i tried to call with no response. The last time i bought from them they sent the wrong product as well. Fix your communication skills it is as important as the product sometimes.
