I’ve bought two ex-display kitchens via Used Kitchen Hub. Alyson and Beverley were incredibly helpful in arranging everything from viewing appointments, dismantling of the kitchen to communicating to the seller that we would require VAT refund as Guernsey-based buyer. They made everything very easy for us. Hence we bought twice :) and would return for other items like appliances or other home furniture any time.

Highly recommend Kitchen Hub. From details of our kitchen and photographs being taken took just a few days, and within less than 48 hours our kitchen was sold. Everyone was very efficient when it came to linking me up with the buyer, arranging a date for the kitchen to be dismantled and payment into our account.

I would definitely recommend Kitchen Hub. From my first call with Simon who took measurements of our kitchen over the phone to the photographer who came that same day to the kitchen going live the next day .. it took just three days to sell our kitchen! Beverly in the office was very efficient in linking me up with the buyer and was very helpful.

Lovely friendly, professional guys (Mark and Luke🤔 sorry, lots of builders around us!) It was a stressful time as we are in the midst of a large renovation. They made it so easy. Would recommend company 100%

Take your time to make sure the kitchen meets your requirements and don't be rushed.
This is our experience...
We were told it was solid wood, but it was wood framed with chip carcasses.
Make sure you double check and get pictures if it is important to you.
We were told it was 4 years old but it was 25 years old (dated stickers were on the back of cabinets and it had been repainted twice). Get the approx age in writing, if its been repainted a number of times, it might cause issues on dismantling and for when you repaint.
The appliances were 25 years old and several were faulty (double check appliance model numbers to find approximate age or ask and get it in writing)).
It's taken a while to get a resolution but Used Kitchen Hub accepted responsibility for the misunderstandings and although it would be hard to compensate for the stress and time wasted they have refunded a good percentage of the overall cost.
Bottom line, don't rush, ask questions, measure up, get all the facts and view if you can. I'd never do it again but it clearly works for some people.

We had a deadline to sell our kitchen before commencing building work. Used Kitchen Hub were great. Conversations started with Simon, who was very communicative and helpful and got the ball rolling. I loved that they sent round a professional photographer, and I loved the page created to advertise our kitchen. I thought it was priced a little high but did have some productive conversations regarding reducing it. In the end, it worked out beautifully. Alyson did a fantastic job, both finding us a buyer at the right price and arranging removal on exactly the date we were hoping for. The removal guys were extremely friendly and professional and everything went very smoothly. Thanks to all the team in the process!

I came across Used Kitchen Hub as a result of an internet search and was impressed with the company from the very first contact. Simon, Alyson, Beverley and Richard were extremely professional, always enthusiastic and positive about the sale of my kitchen. They made everything straightforward, talking me through the contact with potential buyers and following up with realistic feedback.
The professional photographer was excellent, and they booked in a date for removal which fitted in with my requirements even before the kitchen was sold. This meant that when we did sell everything was in place.
When the kitchen was sold the money was paid to me immediately, They organised the kitchen removal using an excellent company. I am so delighted that my much loved kitchen will now have an extended life in a new home. Thank you so much for great service and no problems on the way. I was quoted to our kitchen 28k plus. As everyone understands it’s no much funds in the end of extension. So I thought if someone buys second hand car, should I buy second hand kitchen? I looked and found my favourite beauty straight away. Then I checked company house with company VAT number, then reviews. So we started the process and in 2 weeks kitchen arrived all well packed and carefully put in the corner for now. We found great kitchen fitter which assembled and designed as we wanted. Saved thousands of pounds and received great value for money. Wren kitchen 5 times cheaper. Can’t believe my eyes still.
