Excellent service. The item was in perfect condition and in its original packaging. I bought the product for a family member to find that he already had a similar product so I had to return. Even though I had to pay for the return, the service was prompt and helpful.

Cannot fault the service or product
Ordered a refurb HTC Vive kit. It arrived the next day and was in amazing condition! It was practically new with how clean and packaged it was. Set up and tested the same day without any issues whatsoever!
Absolutely fantastic and highly recommend this site.

For a refurbished Oculus Rift headset
For a refurbished Oculus Rift headset, its really good and works great! It came at a good price too of £190 rather than a new one at £300 or over. Helped me save £110 or more basically and works the same! It also came in 2 days of ordering and 14 day return policy, WITH a 12 month Warranty! That is some really good service and even new headsets don't have warranty sometimes or show it has it so you never know! The fact they showed this under the product in bold, shows they make it clear for customers. Would really reccommend Used buy. Of course this review is about a refurbished Oculus Rift Headset but its a good site when they showed the return policy, warranty time and delivery time under the item and the price it was at and its working great. 5/5 stars!

New Customer
I hadn't heard of Used Plus before, but found the website via a Google search looking for an Xbox One X for my son.
These particular consoles have been like gold dust, I guess lots of people buying up to occupy themselves throughout the COVID lockdowns.
Buying second hand electricals is never an easy task and I'm often dubious about buying tech from ebay or other such sites.
I checked out Used Plus' returns warranty and figured it was safe enough to make a purchase.
I also managed to get £5 off with a code, bonus!
The console arrived via Hermes, no problems, in really good condition, much much better than expected, and has worked great so far.
Would not hesitate to use this company again, and my boy is very pleased with his snazzy new tech monstrosity.
