Mixed feelings

This is a great bit of software for paying your staff through the payroll system and saves a lot of time, I would highly recommend it for this side of things.

However, as for paying bills, once Comma has connected and imported your bills for the first time, and you have made your first batch of payments, it doesn't automatically pull through/update any new bills you have added to your accounts software.

I have contacted support through the live chat 3 times on this, and they say they will look into it, but nobody ever comes back to me.

Perfect for payroll, useless for paying bills after the first payment run.

I think it's a fantastic company

I think it's a fantastic company. The first call I had was with the CEO and sales team. It's been very collaborative all the way along and I've been engaged in new product releases. The complexity is all behind the scenes, so I think it's an excellent implementation of Open Banking.
