We had an open credit, high ticket spend type account that we'd paid a lot for and very quickly hit the max number of messages we can send. No response to my question either.
The tool does not work anymore. They took the money from me for a lifetime deal, it was a tier 5 AppSumo purchase for around 450 USD, then they gradually removed all the features until the tool became useless. Cannot even enrich. They do not answer emails or chat requests. The least they could have done is to send an apology email. Very low integrity to say the least. Check the latest reviews on Chrome APP.
