I was trying to cancel my free trial…
I was trying to cancel my free trial and ended up being charged 49.99€ for a quarterly subscription. I immediately contacted support requesting a refund, explaining the situation clearly, but they refused.
What made the situation even worse: after cancelling the subscription renewal to avoid future charges, my access was removed immediately, despite having already paid for the quarter.
This creates the impression of a subscription trap rather than a transparent service.
I paid using Apple Pay linked to my bank card and I am now forced to escalate the case through a bank chargeback and consumer protection channels.
Be very careful with the trial and cancellation flow.

I got a charge on my card without subscribing.
I got a charge on my card when I never authorised any subscription. I visited the site once trying it out and never did I get any notification that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. This is utter rubbish and deceiving. Do not use this platform. it's definitely a scam company with zero transparency on their subscription policy. Wouldn't recumbent anyone using this platform.

I am absolutely appalled by your deceptive subscription renewal practices. It is blatantly obvious that your failure to send a clear reminder before the trial expired is not an oversight, but a deliberate, calculated tactic. You intentionally ambush users with an automatic full subscription charge, relying entirely on people forgetting to cancel. Despite widespread complaints, you refuse to correct this predatory setup. A legitimate company would provide transparent, advance notifications and a straightforward cancellation process. Instead, you rely on stealth charges that essentially steal from users who never intended to stay, causing unjustified financial harm. This shady business model is completely unacceptable

My team told me to get Claude. These guys advertised as Claude so I thought thats what I was getting. Turns out its not the Claude we need. Now we a re stuck in a subscription. Lack of transparency.
