One thing that continually impresses me about Uscreen is the innovation. There is always a healthy supply of new features, fixes, and resources. From the perspective of our customers this is appealing, engaging and one of the reasons they say with us month after month. We know new features are always in the works, and in many instances, features we suggest become part of the platform. Listening to and implementing feedback from members is a massive boon. We feel part of the service in a larger way. In addition there is lightning fast customer service, community learning, and support from our team. This allows us to do what we do best and rest assured that the tech side of our business is well taken care of! Having used other streaming providers before I can confidently say that Uscreen is far above the others.

UScreen is easy to navigate and gives great insights both on the platform and through emails. My one qualm is that some updates have happened without advance notice, causing us to react to our customers complaints rather than anticipate.

We are able to deliver an amazing experience while allowing them a sneak peek of what the experience can be like in our membership. We would love for some features to be added, like descriptions being hidden for non-members or the ability to upload different resources to further enhance the experience.
