Bought a speaker receiver that’s not working properly. I got in touch with them about returning. They told me someone was going to get in touch with me to help. 2-3 weeks later I’m still waiting. Multiple emails about the help with no answer. I just want a refund because they’re taking so long. Will not buy from them again. Terrible customer service
I bought a refurbished Bose Wave Radio to replace my old Wave radio. Shipping was prompt. The refurbished unit was clean, almost like new, and worked perfectly. They packaged the unit carefully to avoid damage and provided detailed instructions along with the unit, a real plus. I contacted them via email about options for my old radio and received a reply from Customer Support within 24 hours, also with detailed recommendations and instructions. Highly recommended.

I placed an order on Dec 27, 2024 and it was held up for almost a month. I continued to check tracking and on 1/30 it said that is was delivered to my home. This was false because I did not get a delivery or a notice of delivery. I would not trust this company with any purchases because they do not honor their agreements.
Ordered a CD control board for Bose Wave Music System II. Arrived with stickers saying it was "tested" and a seal over the metal RFI shields so the shield could not be removed. The known issue is capacitor failure on these boards, and most in question are under this RFI shield. Whether they were replaced on this used board or not is unknown, due to the shield. Regardless, I carefully installed this board and it was WORSE than the board it replaced. Totally did not work AT ALL. Tested? No idea. I called as their literature reuqested prior to leaving a bad review. Their option was to ship the entire unit to them to repair (not free, and shipping is prohibitive). So not really an option that is viable. I am out 136.00 for the board and their 18 dollar shipping charge. The board came in a box that indicated made in China, leading me to ask (and they did not answer) whether they test/repair these themselves or ship them off for that. I suspect the latter. I later emailed them as they requested asking for options. Got nothing back.
