The pressure tactics from this company are off the charts! Both phone calls made me cry my eyes out! I'm so upset a. Cancellation is so crazy they just circle back to you need this. Cancel please!

Do not use this company!
Do not use this company. If you don’t use the brand name products for your car they won’t pay your claim. They also are not the ones that are doing the work. It’s a company called Merit. I canceled right after they declined my very first claim ever that was for replacing a water pump. They purposely keep you on hold for a very long extended period before you can talk to someone to cancel. I left my phone on carried it around with me for 30 minutes until I got somebody to verbally cancel. I also went on their website where they were declining my claim and again canceled so I have proof of cancellation. I also called my bank to cancel any charges to my credit card with them, it’s ridiculous. I ended up going with reputable company right after I canceled with them. It was very frustrating not only for me, but for my mechanic. He cannot believe they declined my claim because I used an antifreeze that was not a Ford brand, but it was a very well-known brand and had nothing to do with my water pump. They will look for anything they can not to pay, so beware.
