Bought (6) 1 oz silver coins

Bought (6) 1 oz silver coins. 2 Peace 2 Morgan and 2 eagle silver dollars. Supposed to be 1 ounce of pure silver. Just tested them…. Not real silver! Scam. Out $135. Disputing. Hopefully I get my money back. They come in sealed cases probably so you won’t test them. I had to break open the case to fund there fake. SCAM.

NOT THE U.S. MINT!

Be advised. USA MINT is NOT the U.S. Mint! It is a scam site based in another country, probably China. They do not use real silver or gold. NOTHING IS AUTHENTIC! Even the grading company packaging is fake! There are a lot of reviews on here complaining about the US Mint. But this is NOT the U.S. Mint. One ounce of Silver is $47.95 today. If you think that you are truly going to get ,not only an ounce of silver, but one that's been stamped into a coin, medal, or ingot, for $25 you are delusional.

What a scam

What a scam. Coins and certification are not authentic. These coins would only be good for a paper weight. If you bought any of their coins go to a reputable coin dealer and get an option.
Do not waste your money on this mysterious seller.

I haven’t bought a thing from USA mint

I haven’t bought a thing from USA mint. That company is totally different than the US mint. I’ve never received a bad coin from the US mint. Looking at the prices from this company called USA mint tells me the coins are probably fakes. How can you sell a pure 1oz silver coin for less than what an ounce of silver costs?

My father and I for the first time…date not specific.

My father and I for the first time purchased a coin from the mint. U.S Army anniversary. They were ordered 30 seconds apart. Mine came in(not worthy of grading-scratch). My father (Army Vet) was told it should be in any day the first call. Second call 3 weeks later (six weeks after I got mine) they told him it was being held for “Potential Fraud” but will send now. 3 additional weeks was 3rd call where the lady said it wasn’t handled correctly and’ refused to let him speak to a supervisor. But she sued and provided it would be sent out in 48 hours. She also promised to call the next day with issues and shipping. 5 days later, final call lady said the order had been cancelled a while ago…. WTH. Never been so disappointed. Took what was supposed to be a great father son experience and’ruined it!!!!! Highly highly recommend you save your money AND Go elsewhere. Completely incompetent and’s unprofessional staff. And It was clear,

Dont fall for it

Just seen this place,s advertising and after a little google searching found this review site. I was leary when i seen their latest offer for a 2025 w silver eagle for 25$ When something is to good to be true, I look into it and hopefully this helps someone else avoid geting ripped off. how they can sell while impersonating the usamint kinda blows me away, but I see so many red flags, the .com instead of .gov, the "firststrike' on the alleged packaging, instead of pcgs or ngc label, plus all the reviewws ... stayaway

Incompetence in quality control

I just received an American eagle dollar with the American US Army privy Mark on it. The coin has a scratch mark on it so I called the US Mint and there are no replacements for this coin. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. I then canceled all my orders with the US Mint and will no longer be buying coins from them at all. Obviously, it’s a government run business with no quality control. I do not recommend anyone buying coins from them whatsoever. My next call will be to President Trump to fire some of the morons that work there.

Coin set boxes arrived damaged

Coin set boxes arrived damaged. Shipping box arrived in perfect condition. Items were most likely damaged before packaging or during packaging to ship. Either way, they should not have shipped damaged merchandise. This isn’t the first time either! In addition, customer must pay return shipping in order to resolve. It’s nonsense and the mint doesn’t care. Happens all the time.

TOTAL SCAM!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! As a long time U.S. Mint customer USA Mint is NOT the United States Mint (official government mint). They currently are advertising on Facebook a 2025 Flowing Hair silver coin for $24.99! I have a real 2024 Flowing Hair coin and the mint price was around $92.00. I checked on the official mint website and as far as I can see they are not minting a 2025 edition; also they show it PCGS certified MS70; highest grade possible and would be worth about $300 if authentic! I am a longtime PCGS grading service member and they would NEVER certify this fake coin! It is a total scam so buyer beware!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I thought that I was purchasing from the US Mint, but the merchant listed on Paypal was Relic Mercantura International. No response from them when questioning legitimacy. Time to complain to Paypal until refunded. NEVER AGAIN....

The US Mint are just a bunch of liars…

The US Mint are just a bunch of liars and scammers. After ordering and paying they mark the item as "sent," but it of course is not and the US Postal Service, who are very helpful and aware of the fraud by the mint have no record of the item. The bank investigates and the US Mint do not co-operate.The bank eventually gives you your money back.

Terrible "Customer Service"

U S Mint sent a sub-quality proof Eagle coin. I sent it back and asked for a refund. Instead of a refund, they send another poor quality Eagle proof coin. I returned that one, sent copies of my correspondence asking for a refund and asking them to reimburse the extra expense they put me through, returning the second one I didn't ask for. They made me do back flips and send in all kinds of proof of my postage, etc. and said they would reimburse me. They did not. Only got the price of the coin reimbursed. I absolutely will not do business with them again. They can't be trusted to fulfill an order properly, and they can't be trusted to honor any promises.

I called twice to change billing and it was not done…

I called twice to change billing and shipping address. You still managed to send item to an old address in a different state. Now the only way to get the item would be spend double and I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund if the item is not forwarded. Ridiculous policy. Poor communication with a system that does not work. No more Mint for me.

Ordered NEXT DAY AIR and the shipping…

Ordered NEXT DAY AIR and the shipping label was created but never shipped. I paid over $20 in shipping to AVOID THIS EXACT SITUATION!!!

The Mint says, "Don't worry, we'll give you a refund in a couple months" on a coin that's sold out and already selling for double what I paid. I'm just sick of their complete lack of service and accountability. They couldn't care less about this kind of thing, because they're not a business, just another wasteful government entity.

Who cares if people are stealing from them? The government already is through inflation
