Advance Rent a Car Orlando Scam

This company operates in a very questionable manner. Their low rates may seem appealing, but don’t be misled. Multiple rental car agencies appear on Google Maps at the same address, all with different names and consistently poor reviews.

They accepted payment from my insurance company and then charged my credit card an additional $2,000 without providing any complete or legitimate documentation to justify the charge. It is extremely concerning that the information they provided to GEICO, Wells Fargo, and to me appears inconsistent and inaccurate.

I am left with serious concerns about possible insurance fraud, and I will be reporting this incident to GEICO and the appropriate authorities for further investigation.
