It was a pleasure to work with William, very good and easy communication. Excellent experience.

First, they picked up my truck on the day they said they were going to. They delivered it the next day, 750 mile distance. Outstanding! Second, they bait and switched. They quoted a price of $545 and forward me an order with that amount. On the day the truck was to be picked up, they quoted $1300. After haggling, I settled for $1,050. They need to be upfront from the onset. Get the quote in writing!

COMPLETE SCAM company. Wish we would read the terrible reviews before because they are all correct and tell the exact same story as us. They low ball an initial price, pressure us into a $250 deposit. They gave us the price of $1450. Then at 4:55 pm the night before the pick up, they call and say, “Due to low driver availability across the whole country, there are no drivers. But we were able to do you a favor and find you a driver for $2900.” LOL, like they were doing us a favor by doubling the price the night before. Then when we told them, “No thank you”, they called us back and said (miraculously) that they were able to talk the driver down to $1800. Wow, like we were supposed to feel thankful that they only jack up the price by $400. LOL.

Total scam to wait until the evening before to triple the price. And then be surprised that the owner cancels? Good way to make money. Either scam families into paying triple, because they wait till end of business they night before and put families in a jam. Or Low ball initial bid and then just collect $250 cancellation fees. I imagine 10 cancellation fees per week is a good scam living.

It was a very easy process with Richard Wilson from carship inc! He understood my need and worked with me explaining all steps of the pick up and delivery process! I was very happy of him calling me and following up few times to make sure I know the cost and the progress of the process of shipping my car from CA to me here in Chicago! Thank you for a job well done!

Stay far far far far away from this company. Will quote you a low price to lock in your money then change price the day of delivery. If you cherish your money stay away. They won’t be in business much longer with these tactics.

David Mayer was amazing. At first I was worried whether the company was legit since the price they gave me (500 to ship a car from austin to san diego) seemed too good to be true. But David stuck to his original promise and saw it through. My car pick up was easy and David updated me everyday with phone calls and texts and the truck driver was extremely personable and trust worthy as well!

first it was all good pick ked truck up same day car was pulled out of garage by wife driven on truck. somewhere down the line during transport the car was loaded and unloaded and the starter went out. the subcontract the final delivery and had to pay extra fee for final drop to my location. if car was running when picked up if any mishaps happened because you were constantly moving it then that's should be on the company not me to pay for final delivery very dissatisfied and highly recommend not using them to ship anything. wasn't asking them to pay for repairs but to have to pay a extra fee to be delivered is ridiculous. even if it's 10 dollars more the price was set and that's what it should've been

The representative from USA Carship was very polite and courteous. However after Max and I made an agreement to the price and date,(which was $395 total shipping door to door for the dates 12-2-2024, or 12-3-2024 at the latest). My car wasn't picked up till 12-9-2024 and the final price was $900. I felt as though I had been swindled.
