Trust me girls dont wqste your money

Trust me girls dont wqste your money, it doesnt work, it never manages to acrually guess when i get a period or when im ovulating and i was so optimistic that with timw it will gey better, but its been a year and i have no confirmed ovulation.

Daysy Great Customer Service

My Daysy sensor broke and I reached out to the customer service. Luckily it was covered under warranty but even if it wasn’t they offered a discounted rate for a replacement. They were very responsive, kind and efficient! 10/10 would recommend this company.

I wish everything I bought had this kind of customer service

Customer service is AMAZING! Have had my Daysy since I got married 7 years ago and have since switched to Daysy 2.0 and just recently had a troubleshooting issue with a light pattern that wasn’t in the manual as far as what it meant or what to do so I reached out to customer service and they gave a prompt response knowing exactly how to help and I was able to resolve my issue same day! They even checked in with me a while after to make sure everything was running smoothly. I wish everything I bought had this kind of customer service.

Amazing Customer Service

Very quick responses, clear instructions/help, and friendly customer service! Extremely fast turnaround time for the repair, and went above and beyond by waiving an extra fee for me. Fantastic experience overall!

Quick and easy help

I received quick help regarding my nonresponsive Daysy. Not long after I sent my email requesting help, I got a response with easy to follow steps as to what I needed to do next to send it in for them to fix. If there ever was an issue, I simply sent another email and things were quickly remedied.

Careful

If you are thinking in investing in this device you need to remember one important thing:

Daysy is, in the end, just a fertility tracking method.

It DOESN'T protect you from unwanted pregnancy (even though the company tries to sell it as if it would, in a very subtle way, and of course without taking any accountability).

I got unwanted pregnant with it 2 times, now we switched on using condoms only religiously.
I know from 2 other women in my friends circle who had the same "accident". So, please be careful.

I still keep the device tho, in the case i will want a baby in the future, because it gives you a better overview of the best fertile days.

Oh, one more thing: Beware of the paid reviews (that are in high amount on Trustpilot as well) ;)

Absolutely love my Daysy

Absolutely love my Daysy! I've contacted support twice now, once for a cycle question and, more recently, about a connection problem and both times the support was quick and efficient! Highly recommend getting a Daysy or Teena to help you understand your cycle better.

Definitely not worth your money

This has to be my biggest Amazon purchase regret and I wish I could return it after 4 months of trying. It is so hard to use, hard to remember how to use, the app sucks, and this technology is not nearly as smart as it leads you to believe. You can’t track your period start days unless you remembered to take your temperature that morning and you can’t go back and update information from over 3 previous days so if you forgot to take it your temperature you’re screwed. You have to manually sync the Daysy to the app and the app to the Daysy- this is fairly straightforward but not something you’d expect from a €300 device. The app feels outdated and pales in comparison to competing apps like Flo. I sincerely do not know how this has 5 star reviews on every platform. If it were €20, it’s totally worth the money. Maybeeee €100. But €300 is ridiculous for how cheap it feels, how outdated it is, and how complicated it is. I seriously doubt this was even made by women for women.

I can't say enough good things!

I can't say enough good things about the support behind Daysy! I had a bit of an issue with mine and it was super easy and quick to get fixed with their warranty. Everyone that I chatted with was very friendly and prompt with their replies. Even checking in while it was getting fixed to make sure to have my latest data to keep it updated. Thank you so much!

Daysy rocks!

My original Daysy 1.0 was purchased in 2017, and I used it until our daughter was conceived in early 2020. This unit needed a repair to its case, which was performed at no additional charge; when I resumed use of the unit in 2021 postpartum, I discovered that the case had again cracked. When I reached out to troubleshoot, my contact promptly opened a ticket, got my device in for repair, and then let me know they were upgrading me to the 2.0 at no charge. Amazing and prompt customer service, and the device has been my faithful companion both as birth control and fertility awareness.

A company who cares

This is a review on my experience with the Daysy device and team. My Daisy 1.0 recently had a structural concern in which the device actually began to split into 2 pieces. I contacted customer service immediately, sent them a few pictures, and they requested that I send in my device for further assessment. They did have the device for about a week and were in contact with me near daily about the diagnosis and process of my device. The customer service personnel are professional and informed. This company sticks by their product and replaced my device. I have been a customer for over 2.5 years now and I am thrilled to have this Daysy team on my side. Thank you for understanding how important this was to me and for caring for me so well.

I have never had such great experience…

I have never had such great experience with customer service as with DaysyUs. They have answered every question and very quickly actually... They always make sure their client comes first and that is something very hard to find these days... Thank you!!

Ripped off

What a waste of money. I would Not recommend it to anyone. My device only worked about 3 times a week and had to troubleshoot shot it every other day and still it would not work. I reached out to customer service several times and never received a response. I was completely ripped off by this company.**** I did contact Daysy directly through the App multiple times. It's been a year later and this 👇 is the Only response that I have received to this day. I will be reaching out to them again and do a follow up on this review.***

Daysy for the win!

Daysy is such a great product and their team is very kind and generous! I recently had an issue with my Daysy 1.0 and since it qualified under their warranty they are replacing for me with the Daysy 2.0!

This product is so helpful for preventing and planning for pregnancy. (I'm preventing) and it's a great alternative to hormone therapy birth control in a long-term monogamous relationship!

Excellent product excellent service!

This company has greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of product as well as customer service. I have used daysy as birth control and cycle tracker for 2.5 years and the freedom from taking birth control and knowledge of my hormonal and menstrual health is invaluable to me. I know that when we are ready to have kids we will be fully equipped with the knowledge of my cycle for trying to get pregnant. My device was broken from getting dropped and their customer service department was overly helpful in explaining the process and communicating what they were doing when. Their warranty is wonderful and because my device was not fixable they transferred all of my data(over two years worth) and gave me the newer version of device free of charge. What a wonderful investment in my health and a partnership with an awesome company that values their customers

I love the experts

I love the freedom from hormones daysy gives me and how I feel like I'm more in tune with myself. But a big plus is having the experts behind daysy that are always able to answer your questions. I have especially talked with Lea and she was so kind and sympathetic. She gave me some great advice and was very reassuring. I just love how they treat you like you're important and your concerns about your health aren't trivial. I always feel better after I speak with the experts. I appreciate all you do to help us understand our bodies <3
