Ryan on April 25, 2022 gave me a reasonable moving quote from Jacksonville, FL to Illinois. All advanced payment made and confirmed with a moving date of May 11, 2022. On, May 6, 2022 Nick called to increase the amount to another $437.25 stating he didn't want me to pay more on the day of moving that could increase thousands of dollars more. He used scared unprofessional tactics that lead me to believe I should pay so to not pay thousands of dollars more once the movers arrived. Everything would have been fine if Nick hadn't called to bully me with an increase. Finally, only one man came to unload my property up to Illinois, had more than 10 boxes (marked fragile) bashed in, all my garment boxes flipped upside down and sideways in his truck, and three rubbermaid containters broken. I usually promote good and excellent reviews; but, after pondering the experience I had with USA Moving Solutions I can not. Ryan is the only nice thing to say about USA Moving Solutions.

It doesn’t matter how accurate your inventory is, they will find a way to charge you more than the initial estimate.

Thanks for all your hard work. Very professional and respectful. Hard working, fast moving. They did a great job. Went over and beyond by disassembling a bed frame at old home and marking sure they put it back together at the new location.

If I could rate 0 I would. You start with the initial pricing. That’s great. A company they sub contract comes out they provide you numbers and who to call and an “emergency line” that never gets answered. All the numbers and initial agents who helped you are no longer able to be reached. All in all I ended up paying OVER $1500 MORE than what I was originally set to pay. At this point you CAN’T back out because you’ve already signed and accepted services. Unprofessional, dishonest and I’m never recommending them.

The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. They will give you a price and then continue to increase it. They will promise 7-21 days and then tell you the 7-21 days doesn’t start until your first available date to receive your things. They had my belongings sitting in a parking lot for 4 weeks before the driver even started driving to me. Then told me it would be an extra $1k to transfer my belongings to another truck. None of the customer service staff will return your calls. I would NEVER recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

Moving is very stressful, this company made is very very easy for me and my family. They were on time, very quick, and all of my things were in perfect condition after the move. I am very thankful for them because I could not find another moving company who was on top of their work and affordable. If you want a stress free move I would 100% recommend this company.

The best moving service there is. All of the people were very nice and helpful. Pricing is very affordable as well. All of my furniture was handled with the best care, and nothing was damaged. Every employee there is very respectful and willing to help with anything you need. If your moving make sure to do it through USA moving solutions, you will not be disappointed!!

This company is dishonest!! They gave me a great story about how they need to fill their truck and will give me such a great price. It is all a made up gimmick to get you signed up!!
Then they hire another company who does a great job of picking up your stuff, but charge you more for everything!!! Even though the original agreed upon amount of goods didn’t change, the price drastically jumps up because they say there are special circumstances.
Then they say all my things go into storage. (I was told they needed to fill the truck…. What a lie!). Then when the items have been delivered, all of a sudden, I now owe a huge storage fee!!! This is a dishonest company!!! Find someone else!!! Or plan on paying a lot more than you agreed upon!

Response to your reply: my original quote was included the facts that I had a safe weighing 405 pounds and a bunch of white 5 lb buckets and 10 lb cans. Yet when the moving company came, they said it would cost an additional $800 to move those things because they were heavy and bulky! I called you and fought this issue, but your response was that even though you knew clearly what I was bringing, the fine print of the contract allowed the company you hired to add these charges!!! I paid the extra money but the guys doing the move were nice and took extra items as a favor to me instead of just charging me more.

I have four teenage kids so moving in itself was already stressful so I decided to look for help and found USA moving solutions. My family was moving from one state to another and it was starting to look very expensive to take a U-Haul and to pay people to help me move and pack. This company got me an awesome price and their employees were with me every step of the way whether it was having a question at 10:45 at night or me worrying because they were carrying a very expensive curio cabinet. The employees were all very careful and very respectful I would absolutely give them 10 Stars if it was possible. I don't have any plans to move to another state anytime soon but if I do this will be my first phone call. So if you're planning to move I definitely suggest using this company they are absolutely above everybody when it comes to good service at a good price 🙂

This company is great. Whether long trip or small trip they really know how to pack the truck with out having any damage to your stuff. The workers are friendly and polite, truly would recommend this place .

Everything was smooth only complaint I had was movers were late due to leaving behind a tool or something other than that everything was smooth.

Super professional. I was very happy about the level of service that the movers demonstrated. If I move again, I'll definitely be calling Jack again. Thanks guys

Worst experience ever. Still waiting on belongings. They will promise you everything until they get your deposit. Then they will not answer the phone calls and don’t call you back or be able to provide you with any info. And when you do get ahold of a person they’ll call you back Monday. Heard it the last 3 weeks. 1 week move is now on the 3rd week with nothing. Living in a nightmare thank you USA moving solutions!!!!

The last time I used a moving company it did not go well at all. So, when this company called me to give me a quote I was very leery and, to be honest, I didn't believe anything they told me. But, the representative I spoke to actually helped me to research all of the other companies that gave me a quote and showed me all the different websites with reviews on them which gave me a clear view of exactly what to look for in a company. Every other company I talked to, I found had several bad reviews online showing that the customers ended up paying more, stuff was broken, or missing, or they actually had held their belongings hostage demanding more money before delivery. I was shocked that these companies could get away with that.
When dealing with this company they actually went through the entire contract with me and showed me everything. Some of the other companies were priced lower, but had all kinds of bad reviews. So, I chose to use USA Moving Solutions. (You get what you pay for). The cost was a little higher than others but, in the end, everything worked out perfect. All my mom's antiques were specially packed. None of the glass cabinets were broke like the last time I used a mover, her really nice jewelry box was exactly how we had it. Some of our boxes weren't packed tight and needed to be taped up better and they didn't charge me extra like the last company we used. I had a few extra items than what was on the inventory list and the movers didn't give me a hard time about it. I was very impressed to say the least.
Another thing I'd like to point out was from the very first day we spoke to them, and after booking, everytime I called they picked up everytime.( I was nervous because of my last experience). They called me a few days before they showed up confirming everything, and worked with my schedule for the delivery time. They also called me the day of delivery to verify that everything went smoothly. This company is the real deal! If you want a good mover that actually cares about you and your stuff, I highly recommend them.

We were promised a pick up this am on 5/30/2022, after already having a mover no show. We were called and told the day of our move that no one would be able to come until midnight or tomorrow. My uncle just died and I have a signed date for a move out inspection for 5/31/2022 at 10 am and no one showed up. I contacted them several times, and told them if they could not get someone here during our window to cancel we would find someone else. They took our money and no one showed up and did not care. Samuel G was the worst customer service represenative I have ever experienced in life. He really should be fired. He did not care that we would not get the service we were told. We we asked for a full refund since services were not rendered they said they would only give 10%. Ill be calling the DOT and the FTC tomorrow.

Please note the companies response is untrue. I called multiple times and emailed. I talk to Sam in the afternoon and he said they would not be there until midnight or next day not the afternoon, I do have a quite a few people that heard this conversation as Sam was on speaker. I also followed with Chris G after the conversation and he said the move could not be serviced and 11 carriers were reached out to and no one was available due to the holiday. I waited until 9pm at night in hopes someone would show up and messaged them that No one did. Please issue a full refund as services were not rendered.

I hired them to move our belonging and was told that the 1st month of storage would be free and if we needed to store our belongings, and after 1st month the fee would be $200.00 now I am getting a call that the bill is $490.00. 1st they changed our rate that was given to us when picking up our furniture. Now this? I will never refer this company to anyone.

Giving a one star is too much. Our move was a disaster. Took over a month to go from Arizona to Massachusetts. Boxes marked FRAGILE totally damaged. A chair and table broken, expensive art pieces destroyed, glass broken, a $600.00 Calvin Klein plate broken other items broken. Received a box of items not belonging to us. Missing a dyson vacuum, a Miele vacuum wand, a Kuerig coffee maker and who knows what else.
Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience.

They can make all kinds of excuses but I know what they put me through and this truly is a legitable review.

Excellent communication. We even had to change the date at the last moment and they worked with us. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for helping us with our move!

Staff was very courteous and prompt. My belongings arrived at my new place in excellent condition.
