I would like to change my flight. That´s supose to be easy on the website. However, there is an error in the website so it doesn´t show alternative flights. Ofcourse, errors on website happens and that is not the reason for my low rating. My low ratining is because it is totally unclear how to get in contact with the company to report the problem and get help with my change. There is a phonenumber on the website but if i call them nobody picks up and there is no autovoice telling me what are the opening hours. I tried calling with diffrent sim cards, on diffrent times and diffrent days but there is no way to contact this company. So I have no idea where to report te error on the website and how to change my flight wich is highly stressful.
