Fortunately, you’ve kept all the products that I use on a regular basis, except for one which was the Triple lipid moisturizer. That one was my favorite, instead I had to the 24 hour replenishing moisturizer. I hope it is as great as the other. It would be nice to be able to get samples of items that I would like to try out, before I spend the money, and be dissatisfied with the outcome.

Great company- website is disappointing
Great company, amazing product and very nice deals.
BUT! The actual checkout process on website and purchasing as a new customer was misleading.
Top bar advertising 15% off your first order for signing up to their newsletter ( no exclusions to be found). After signing up in my email I got a promo code offering 10% off (where did 15 % go?). Okay, after actually applying code happen to be non applicable, perhaps because free product was added? But where was disclosure that one exclude another?
Lastly, I wanted to check what their reward/loyalty program offers but website keeps giving 404 error, so annoying.
Overall disappointing experience placing my first order, but at least I know the product is very nice, so thanks for that!

Our first purchase was the Tri-Active Lift & Firm Collagen Booster and wow—absolutely fantastic. After that, we added the Calming Cica Mask (the lotion-style mask you apply and rinse off), and it quickly became a staple.

I bought Espa bath and body oils in the gift set for my daughter, who is a yoga teacher at a residential recovery facility. It is traditional in our style of teaching to give hands-on adjustments in Savana to end a class. The oils provide a subtle aromatherapy influence and antibacterial shield. I was able to find the product easily on the Espa website.
