The Worst!
I ordered two dress shirts from these clowns around Christmas '25. They sent me two black t-shirts. I called the return line and spoke to someone who was putting on an affected voice (yes, really - they stopped when I asked, "Why are you talking like that?"). I set up the return/sent the package out, tracked it to the warehouse and.... nothing. It's now April 16th, there's no way to actually contact anyone (the phone number Dockers supplies isn't in service and there's no response to any emails sent) and I've received no refund, and doubt I will. They flat out stole my money. This company is the worst, and with practices like this it baffles me that they can stay in business.

Just like the last few reviewers, I ordered two pairs of shorts that did not fit. When I tried to return them via their online return portal well within the 30 day return policy I received a message stating that the return window for my order has expired. Very surprised to see this from a once reputable company. I do not recommend purchasing any products from dockers.com.

Dockers Customer Service is well below par. I ordered 2 pairs of pants and tried to reach out to them but found out that they have shut down phone support and chat support. So the only way you can contact them is through a email. maybe they'll respond or maybe they won't. either way I'm still stuck with a concern that can't get resolved. If I knew I was going to have these issues when I ordered it the first place, I would have bother dealing with these people. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Impossible to return
Ordered 2 pants on March 8, 2026, which were delivered on 12th. Today is March 21st. Unfortunately they do not fit well so I went online to return them. On the return portal, it says I can return within 60 days. Once I entered my order number and email, It says orders can be returned within 30 days but, unfortunately, my order cannot be returned because *Your return window has expired* (10 days since delivery)!!! Crazy! I have never ever expected this from a "legitimate" US company.
Dockers no longer supports chat or phone calls to reach their customer service. The only way to contact them is via email. I just did and I got this reply: "We're currently experiencing longer response times while we make some updates. Thanks for your patience."
Dockers is a dishonest company.
Still waiting on refund for returned items
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received an email from the company saying they had received the pants I returned and would be issuing me a refund. That was 45 days ago! Still no refund. The only way to contact the company is by email, and that has not proved helpful. I would not order pants from them again based on their terrible customer service.

Placed order & checked back 4 days later since it had not shipped. Was told there's a backup, but if it did not ship in 5 more days it could be cancelled. It didn't ship so I called back only to be told there was still a backup and to call again if it not shipped in 5 MORE days. Requesting cancellation as promised, was told it could not be done and that the agent I spoke with before was wrong. ZERO possibility of cancelling & no indication that it could ever be cancelled or delivered. So no product, no cancellation, no promise kept, no help provided, and no recourse. Now it's either wait until it may ever come & deal with a return, or reverse the credit card charge. Dockers just lost a 30-year customer!

Bait and Switch to make money off of shipping fees
Product not as advertised and charge you a fortune for shipping and returns. I paid $20 and got $4 back. They did not ship the item the stated.

Product is ok, but Dockers is a terrible company to deal with and does not hold to their delivery promises. There is also a charge for returns so don't buy anything from Dockers directly.
One week after ordering, product is still not shipped (they promised 1-2 days to ship order). No offer to upgrade shipping method as compensation, no possibility to cancel the order.

A pretty good product. But! Buy from anyone (Amazon, Macy's etc.) EXCEPT DOCKERS! Their customer service is woeful and if you need to make a return expect to wait around a month at least and AFTER you call them A LOT they MIGHT be so kind as to refund you. NEVER AGAIN! Same for Levis I'm sorry to say.

I made an order at Dockers on line. The cheapskate “no way to actually contact us” shipper claims the order was delivered at a time when no one was home a day early. They claim the delivery was refused. Why buy anything from Dockers on line if they ship with this incompetent, dishonest shipper?

Order UK18061 - Well the item arrived in a bit of a state. Contacted Customer services and got a quick response (1 star) . The response lacked an apology or any commitment to ensuring it doesn't happen again.
Why is it you think offering a discount on your next purchase is an adequate solution? By the way I was offered a 20% discount code while they are currently running a 30% discount on their website :-( Really!
The item (shorts) arrived, un-bagged and in a large box, which you could have fitted about 10 pairs. The shorts themselves appear to have been the victim of a discontented warehouse person who appears to have attempted to clean the warehouse floor with them before putting them into the box.
Dockers shoes are made in China
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Dockers, but before I ordered I checked the pair of Dockers shoes that I own and learned they were made in Pakistan. When my shoes arrived I discovered that they were made in China, our biggest enemy. I emailed Dockers and all I got was a run around. I will never do business again with a company that gets its products from China.
